New Year means healthy eating resolutions. According to recent research, getting fit and healthy is one of the top ranked resolutions, but it’s suggested that only 8 percent will actually achieve their resolution.

 
To help combat this challenge, Whole Foods Market has pulled together a collection of resources to guide people through a lifestyle change that will stick. Starting January 16 – February 13, Whole Foods Market Healthy Eating Specialists will partner with shoppers on a Health Starts Here 28-Day Challenge, which encompasses a healthy eating lifestyle that’s based on four pillars of health and supported by a team of  doctors, researchers and authors who make up our Scientific Medical Advisory Board. This includes tools such as:  

·         Weekly meal plans and grocery lists
·         Weekly meet-ups
·         Products in-stores will be marked with a ‘Health Starts Here’ label to make shopping even easier while taking the challenge
·         Classes hosted by our Healthy Eating Specialists
·         Celebratory dinner at the end of the challenge to acknowledge achievements
